I agree 100%. That "train wreck" was very suspicious to me. After the baseball shooting, we saw all kinds of social media & other background on the shooter. After the train wreck, I didn't see anything about the truck driver or others in the truck. Maybe I missed it. Maybe there was nothing to see. I don't think we have the whole story & probably never will.

WASHINGTON (ABC7) — The New Executive Office Building was evacuated Wednesday morning because of a suspicious vehicle in Northwest D.C., according to authorities.

U.S. Secret Service says this happened near 17th Street, NW. The vehicle was cleared by Explosive Ordnance Detection personnel, officials say.

This article answers that, the women, Roxanne Deschamps, who was looking after the boys, has had him committed to an institution.

Zachery Cruz, 17, has been involuntarily committed leading me to believe he may have similar problems as his brother had.

She also is petitioning the court to be put in charge of the dead mother’s will, a lot of money is involved here, $800,000.
