The point is that if we can steer black youths into having a real career, there is a greater chance they can provide for their families. If they do that, there’s a greater chance of them being tax paying citizens, good members of the community, and not committing crimes.
Sounds like a good cause for you. Let me know how that works out...
I'm all for it. How many years have we been trying to steer black youths in a positive direction? One? Two? Fifty?
They don't want to learn because it is "acting white." Maybe if welfare (from mostly white people) ceased, they might be motivated.
