I want to know where Trump said "'They are laughing their asses off in Moscow'" - since CNN put it in quotes and attributed it to Trump they should provide a source.

Or is this like shithole countries which Trump didn't say, but everyone around the world was already thinking?

And yes, Trump really did say on Twitter that the Russians are "laughing their *sses off" at us. And he's right.
