Treason is defined. “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.”
Bribery and High Crimes and Misdemeanors are not defined, so it seems, they are whatever the House says they are.
“...but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law.”
So if not convicted, not liable ?
I wonder how many codified laws are unconstitutional ? How to get ‘em adiosed ?
We can even get a constitutional ruling on DACA.
