All of this talk however, circles back around to the construction of the Constitution. You need to modify this one single paragraph, to build some bridge of laws invoking gun control. Frankly, if you go to a hundred working-class Democrats and suggest gun-control....a majority of two-thirds of them don’t buy into a change. It’s not just Republicans...but a large segment of society who don’t buy into it.
However, if you brought up halting mood-altering drug production/sales...then you’d find groups from sides of the aisle who agree that this is a bigger issue than the gun-control thing.
Or wanting to involuntarily hospitalize anyone who posts threats on social media
Do you want the grandstanding Sheriff Israel deciding who gets committed? How about Maxine Waters and Pelosi- who would they lock up.
Its not an issue that should be driven by emotion or partisan politics
