I personally have a “food hangover” if I eat this junk.
I avoid it at all costs, refuse all friendly dinner parties, and very RAREly go out for a meal.
People think I am nuts, but I was very sick for several years and I supplement my diet with clean food, no junk, and I am a different person.

I get processed foods being bad for you. I can scientifically tell you why I can’t eat high fructose corn syrup.
Yet no one can ever explain how GMOs are harmful,
they just are!
