Sad how kids today will never have experienced our America. We grew up when things were still normal, most went to Christian churches, few divorces, basic morals in place for the most part,,, etc.

Now kids have all the extra harmful junk there is today - violent “games” and movies normalizing violence, hooked up to their phones all the time, cultural rot, many other things.

We were lucky the politicians hadn’t yet ruined our country when we were kids. They were on their way though.

When we were kids, we were exposed to violence on TV and in the movies, though not as graphic. Such as the James Bond movies where some people were killed. Or how we would LOL whenever Moe would whack Curley in the head with an ax, or Elmer Fudd chasing Bugs and Daffy Duck around with a shotgun. Or the Coyote blowing himself up or running off of cliffs trying to catch the Road Runner, without those annoying disclaimers warning us not to try these things at home. As immature as we were we still had the sense to realize it was all make believe.
