It works a lot of times and no one calls them on it so why should they?

To stand up and say, “Hey, maybe we should not terrorize the families of our political opponents” would only serve to normalize the opposition.

Every "progressive" revolution in history was quickly followed by the mass murder of the political opponents, who had been dehumanized for the years leading up to the takeover. The Dems WANT this, and need this. It is a huge part of their playbook. There are no exceptions to this rule. Hillary didn't "slip" when she called us Deplorables, she was helping to further dehumanize us. It's the only way to let the population stand idly by, or help, as we are being punished for our opposition to their supremacy.

Been thinking about this:

What happens when the average person decides that the Left, by all that they say and do (and have said and done), is an existential threat?

Before last years shooting of Scalise, I wrote my congressman with concerns about the violence of the left. The taunting, the marching, the threats, BEFORE the June 14th shooting. This is his reply.

Thank you for contacting me regarding your support for President Trump. I appreciate hearing from you and having this opportunity to respond.

On the campaign trail, President Trump spoke of the need to promote fair trade policies and renegotiate trade deals that have hurt the U.S., like the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). I agree with President Trump that we need to promote sustainable trade policies that will bring jobs back to the U.S. while protecting America’s workers, consumers, and industries. That’s why I introduced H.Res. 132, a resolution which calls on President Trump to initiate the renegotiation of NAFTA in order to get a deal that is better for the U.S., or consider withdrawing us altogether as he promised during his campaign. My resolution outlines the most essential provisions which must be included in any replacement trade deal in order to bring jobs back to the U.S. and put our workers and our nation’s sovereignty first, as President Trump declared he would do.

Additionally, President Trump and I share a common desire to increase federal investment in our nation’s infrastructure. On the campaign trail he talked about investing a trillion dollars, funding that would be well-spent putting hundreds of thousands of people to work, making our country more competitive, and getting people out of traffic congestion. As Ranking Member of the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, I have several ideas about how to fund that investment, without increasing the size of the deficit, and I have shared those ideas with President Trump, Secretary of Transportation Elaine Chao, and their staff. I look forward to working with them to address this critical issue.

President Trump has also spoken about the need to bring down outrageous drug prices. Currently, pharmaceutical companies consistently take advantage of the lack of generic competition in their market and jack up the prices of pharmaceuticals as high as 525 percent. Using monopoly pricing tactics is an egregious tactic that out-prices Americans from medicine they need. Americans want this administration and Congress to stand up to pharmaceutical companies and negotiate fair drug prices. In a prior Congress, the Republicans passed legislation prohibiting the government from negotiating lower prices for Medicare Part D. I am working on legislation repealing that prohibition and giving the authority to President Trump to negotiate lower prices.

I will continue to look for places where we can work together. When I find it necessary to disagree with this administration and their proposed policies, as I have with every president, Democrat or Republican, I will do my best to represent my district and the needs of my constituents, Oregon, and our country as best I can.

Thanks again for contacting me. Please keep in touch. Sincerely, U.S. REPRESENTATIVE PETER DeFAZIO Fourth Congressional District, Oregon

Obama led the way and did great harm to this country. His choosing that creepy artist who paints pictures of black women defiantly holding the severed heads of white women.

I think you can intimidate Mitch McConnell by waving a big stick at him and shouting “boo”.

I saw, in some forum comments on various news sites, some of the leftist agitators were gloating about how, when Hillary wins, conservatives are finally going to be rounded up and taken care of.

It is not surprising that the left is still salivating over the idea of (once again) implementing their final solution. It is the inevitable outcome of socialism. Opposing the powerful can never be tolerated, and the powerful need scapegoats to keep the rest of the subjects in line.
