I hate to say this...but if you went around all of Florida and started to really note bad-behavior kids who might be a threat (even at age ten)...you’d probably have to lock up about a thousand Floridian kids. Personally, if that kid is on some behavior modification drug, and you can’t depend on him being safe...that kid needs to go into a facility and be there for the rest of his life. Until we are willing to accept that type of social requirement....the mess will continue to repeat itself.
Not saying that. But this kid apparently lingered on campus for some time, without being challenged. He also was expelled for making threats to other students.
