Then why was he allowed to be on campus at all? They should have kicked him out. And how is someone like this allowed into the ROTC program?!

I knew a mopey fellow in high school who could have gone this way but by the grace of God didn’t.

Bullying has long been an issue. Who addresses bullies and how? As we can see, the usual proud freeper story about teaching the bully a supposed lesson by knocking him out isn’t always followed by a now-compliant bully. The problem is sometimes shuffled around, not addressed.
