Drunk driving is a violent crime. Illegal aliens should be deported the first time they are caught driving drunk even if they aren’t in a crash. If they kill someone, they should be tried for second degree murder. When he serves his time deported. ICE should pick him up at the gate of the prison and take him to the airport and put him on a plane.
Drunk driving is far and away the leading cause of traffic deaths and injuries. I honestly think there is NOTHING this country can do within the framework of our laws to put a stop to this. It can only be slowed somewhat. There isn’t a law tough enough to stop drunks, rapists, and drug dealers from coming back again and again. It is going to take a change to the Constitution to allow lifetime imprisonment sentences in military run detention camps, with no Federal Court oversight, or summary execution for certain classes of criminals caught trying to sneak back in.
Why not make him walk to the border?
