Obviously I’m missing something here, maybe someone can slue me in.

Why shouldn’t a warrant be needed to raid a business?

Isn’t that all CA is demanding?

Honest question on my part.

During the obama admin whenever a republican state passed something to enforce the law the obama justice dept would sue and overturn.

Why hasn’t the trump admin shopped for a friendly district to sue CA and stop this BS? Im so sick of this.

The DOJ needs to put a stop to this garbage by prosecuting Becerra under RICO.

Until some of these crime enabling political hacks start paying a serious price sedition is their favorite pastime.

“Trump needs to declare California in rebellion, occupy it with troops, and then subject it to lengthy period of Reconstruction.”

There is no better way to characterize our plight.

Not only does the State allow gross, egregious violations of practically every clause of the Bill of Rights, the State, too engages in the violations systematically.

Lawlessness does not even describe our condition.

The Government of California has undertaken a systematic and deliberate path of discrimination against several, identifiable segments of it’s civil society.

Read Victor Davis Hanson about the plight of poor white people in the interior of California. Or ask the owner of this site, or any number of patriots who live in the Big Valley.

We are under assault by a hostile state government and they aim to either subjugate us or destroy us.

President Trump!

We plead with you to use the Constitution Powers invested in the President of the United States and give us rescue and relief!

Correct.

See my #25.

There is ample historical precedent. Enforcement of the Bill of Rights in the Old South took decades of coercion and pain.

AND a couple of new Amendments, the 14th being one the poor whites of CA should avail themselves of.

Why shouldn’t a warrant be needed to raid a business?

ICE needs a list of employees to identify the criminal illegal aliens. Blanket warrants are not legal.

The State of California elected criminals are advising businesses not to provide a list of employees and their immigration/crime status.

Activating the militia sounds good to me!

Intimidation?
You bet!
By definition criminals must be intimidated by law enforcement or Legal Law enforcement is meaningless.

Arrest the necessary California officials who are promoting Sedition.

Let's see if arrest and incarceration awakens reality in the dumbest legislature in the U.S.A.

It’s a blatant violation of the business owners First Amendment right of free speech.

HUH?
How so?

The Constitution applies to legal residents and Citizens, not the entire world.
Aiding and Abetting crimes by people who have no right to be here in the first place is not Freedom of Speech.

Mass government conspiracy to commit immigration fraud, obstruct justice and the administration of federal law. There already should be a wave of indictments.

Trump needs to declare California in rebellion, occupy it with troops, and then subject it to lengthy period of Reconstruction.

That truly is the only answer. California is obviously in a state of lawless insurrection. If nothing's done, it will only get worse.

“Aiding and abetting” law enforcement? That’s a first!

Imagine the mutated mindset it takes to even conjure up a twisted thought like that.

Think about it! California passed a law, The Immigrant Worker Protection Act, which makes it illegal for business owners to report illegal aliens to Federal Authorities, share information on them, or even allow ICE to visit their business without a warrant.

Again, State Law says business owners don’t have a right to talk to the Feds about illegal immigrants. That is protected speech under the Constitution.

That would be a good idea...the business owner could cooperate with a civilian...and the civilian would cooperate with the feds...becerra makes laws that people can evade in 2 seconds. But the whole prob...democrats want illegals for votes...businesses and school districts want illegals for cheap labor and state educational reimbursement...if illegals didnt have familial relationship with voters or werent a cash crop for schools and robots could replace cheap labor...probable end of illegal problems..

The IRS is the way to handle this. Does everyone have SS number and are being withheld? Could be fines for companies.
