To: Sub-Driver

I love that. Make everything cookable on a hot plate and get people in the habit of making their own meals. I see fast food places that have huge banners saying they accept ebt cards. Lots of middle class people have to scrimp to eat out. Why should we have to pay for people who don’t have any personal responsibility to eat fast food?

There are restrictions not everyone can use an EBT at participating restaurants. The restrictions vary by state. Not all states offer that option. Federal law allows states to let people who are homeless, disabled or,elderly to use EBT at restaurants. States don’t have to expand the program but they may provided those restrictions are met.
