Indeed, the Civil Rights Act of 1871, which appears at 42 USC 1983, today provides a way for anyone to go into federal court to remedy a violation of a right under the Constitution or federal law. That is way that reverse discrimination cases are brought in federal court.

I’m talking 64 and beyond. Nothing more than used against whites, with concomitant destruction of cities, suburbs, schools, and threats against businesses and individuals
