I respectfully disagree. Obama put US forces in Syria mere miles from a Russian base that was established decades ago. In other words, he started the war against Russia in Syria. To do that, he armed the bad gys also with millions of your taxpayer dollars. Obama owns the Syrian war.

Israel has launched sorties in Syria, correct? A sovereign country? And so have we. So have the Russians, but they were (and are) invited by the Syrian government.
I would like to know the facts of the case, but I do know that if any other country launched (uninvited) sorties over our airspace, we would be justified in defending ourselves. If the Israeli plane went into Syria, got targeted by AD, hit, then limped back to Israel before crashing, it isn’t at all unexpected.
We, or allies we fund, recently shot down a Russian jet. It is good that Russia has not yet retaliated. Why are we funding opposition in Syria while crying about alleged Russian interference in our elections? Oh yeah, I forgot, our neoconservative foreign policy is “exceptional” /s. The neoconservatives seem to hate everything truly conservative, like marriage, babies and guns, but bombing sovereign countries is exceptional!
