You mean golden calves and communist idols? And leaving Lenin’s preserved body in open display in Red Square to this day? While leaving the vast majority of communism’s Russian victims buried in oblivion?
You mean blackmailing Poland when it gets rid of such idols and calling Ukraine traitorous for tearing down Lenin statues and renaming streets named for Soviet despots?
And this poor man in question committed suicide in the same vain as Japanese in WWII. God is His final judge of course but one thing you may find of interest: his pitiful salary while alive.

Having lived in and worked with Ethic Russians for an extended period of my life - this in the ruins of the old Soviet, I can only speak to my personal, on the ground experiences with the people and my observations of the culture of that part of the world.
