Most states have changed the law on the ‘shotgun zones’ for deer hunting and allow rifles that shoot pistol bullets. 44 mag, 357 mag etc.
Slug guns aren’t worth much now.
I’ll stick with my rifled barrel slug gun over a pistol caliber carbine. I can shoot a .50 cal sabot slug accurately to 150+ yards.
