They need to gain approx. 24 seats to gain the majority.

Targeting 101 seats seems very ambitious.

You really have to review district by district, to see where GOP is most vulnerable.

Of these 101, odds are GOP retains the vast majority.

Based on money, the Dems will have some tough choices to make, as far as which races to seriously contest, and which to cut loose.

The Dems have a number of vulnerable Senate seats up in November. Plus, the vast majority of states have governor elections this year too.

They will.have to pick their battles, is the bottom line.
