My question was mostly rhetorical to highlight the hypocrisy of these democRATS on this subject, not so much to find out why he's not gone already.
But thanks for pointing the dual-protection plan he owns. If he was a transgendered woman, black and liberal....that's a 4-fer, (s)he could run for democRAT president in 2020. :-)
