The analogy is appropriate... but I’ll just note for the record that the photo you used is literally Nazi propaganda.
The image might have originated with the Nazis as they first discovered the massacre and invited the Red Cross to come and witness the remains.
At this point the image does not serve a Nazi propaganda purpose anyway, and is an artistic rendition of the truth.
