But getting someone to prosecute... Need a special counsel. Maybe several.

Don't know if Dershowitz would return to his Democratic roots and sweep it all under the carpet but he seems worked up about it all. He'd be credible legal and constitutional scholar to head up an investigation or commission. Need a zero tolerance prosecutor really.

But you need an Attorney General for such things, and all we have is an Attorney Genital.

Is he saying the Nunes memo is felonious because it reveals FBI sources and methods or something? Or is he saying the swamp creatures who sought the FISA warrants may have broken the law? The blurb makes it sound like the former.

It’s only a felony if you’re not a Democrat. If so, you can just say “I didn’t mean to” and they’ll consider it case closed.

If what Kallstrom said is true, then this is about more than just some ‘corrupt political hacks’ doing the bidding of hillary, the DNC, and all the other crooks, in the hopes of either a big payday at the end or just being part of the machine that took down Trump.

If any of these people are prosecuted, as they should be, a substantial part of those prosecutions will be about their lying. Either to FISC, Congress, whoever. When that happens, every lawyer that is allowed to practice in federal court will smell blood in the water. It’ll be like a feeding frenzy as they go back and pour thru every case any of these corrupt bastards were a part of. Cases can be overturned, convictions reversed, people let out of prison, all sorts of juicy stuff. And then the lawsuits will begin. The ripple effect of this episode in history, has the potential to be very, very wide and long lasting.

Among former SAs, many who are now significant DC lawyers, Jim Kallstrom is probably the most respected of all.
