It seems to me, on the outside looking in that anytime someone misrepresents the truth before a judge the judge has the right, duty, responsibility, and obligation to protect the honor and dignity of the fort by finding those misrepresenting the truth guilty of Contempt, perjury, and several other crimes ( not being a lawyer I would not know the proper names for these charges ).
Since the memo has come to light the FISA court judges must act against those trying to create a miscarriage of justice or sacrifice the dignity of the court, the rule of law, and their own personal reputations. If these judges refuse to act, it is incumbent upon the duly elected and sworn members of the Congress of these United States to impeach these judges and replace them with judges that will uphold their office and the rule of law under our Constitution.
This should not take 48 hours since everyone involved is certainly aware of the right thing to do. Just because one finds one’s duty distasteful does not relieve one of their duty to act before both God and man. Tick tick tick ....

This will certainly force the Congress to ‘man up’ to their duty as well as the USSC. Perhaps they will choose to sit at a round table to discuss how to proceed cleaning up the rest of the swamp with you. When the rule of law does not protect the least of us it protects none of us. The end result is Anarchy, surely our elected leadership will act so the Tree of Liberty does not run dry and need watering.
