House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi told CBS News on Friday that "if the president uses this fake, horrible release of distorted intelligence as an excuse to fire [acting attorney general Rod] Rosenstein or [special counsel Robert] Mueller, it could lead to a constitutional crisis."
"He has abdicated his responsibilities as commander in chief to protect the American people by protecting our intelligence sources and the rest," she said of Trump.

Of the memo, she said: "It’s appalling. It’s a misrepresentation. It isn’t even the release of intelligence material. It’s a release of a distortion of it,” Pelosi said. “They’re not representing the facts to the American people, and yet the president has given it his imprimatur. This is unprecedented to the nth degree."

So Congress came up with the idea that is was difficult for a DOJ or FBI head to conduct an investigation of his or her boss, usually the President. So they created this idea of a Special Prosecutor, which is now called a Special Counsel because the SP law was allowed to lapse.
So, now Mueller is reporting to Rosenstein, who, because of the Sessions recusal, reports to the President, and Mueller is investigating the President.
So, the purpose for having an SP or SC has not resolved the issue of investigating your boss.
And the Dims think they can use that to order President Trump to not fire Rosenstein.
If the demwits cause a CWII, we know the first targets.

I never understood why that didn’t get more traction. It’s there for all to see.
And why would that matter to her? She has sworn an oath for decades to protect and defend the Constitution yet never does.
I wouldn’t be surprised if he charges someone on Monday to try to reassert himself so the press can have something to report on other than the scandal involving the FISA warrant.

Beg your pardon but we have done nothing but wait. Waited for Hillary’s concession speech. Waited for emails. waiting for Awan bros. IT spying on americans. Waiting on IG Report. Waiting on Sessions to arrest spies in FBI/DOJ. Waiting forClinton Foundation investigation. Waiting for U1 investigation. Waiting for Meuller to stop spending our money on a wild goose chase. Or we can wait a little longer and watch sessions help take down Trump.
How can we fight them when our own party sides with the seditionists?
Wait till the FISA court Judges, and other Federal Court Judges, pull in the fibbers and demand to know why they repeatedly lied to the Courts.
Then, the Civil lawsuits against the fibbers.
If the Judges do not clean up the lying in their Courts, President Trump has the obligation to terminate the Judical appointments
Ok Pelosi, If you were president Pelosi what would you do? Should we let Mueller investigate the dossier that we know now it fake?
This is going to be a very long process. OIG Report is next. I see Horowitz as a good man. I believe they had to flat out lie to him for him to investigate.

Instead, he’ll find a U.S. Attorney willing to charge both with sedition. But he won’t fire them.

Nanzi is working to sustain the constitutional crisis which peaked when DJT was inaugurated and has been receding ever since. The crisis would have grown exponentially if Hillary had stolen the election as she did the Demo nomination.But it was not a foregone conclusion that Obama would actually step aside, so Trump’s inauguration marked the peak of danger.
Nixon was forced to step down, but Clinton walked even though he was guilty as sin - and Barak Obama’s Justice(!) Department spied on a presidential candidate like Nixon could only have dreamed of. Republicans know it. If Nanzi thinks that Trump can be impeached and convicted without a real constitutional crisis, she has no realizing sense at all.
