My (as of this AM) opinion is this memo is a negotiating chip: just how bad do the commies want to preserve zero’s ‘legacy’? Enough for the deep state to give themselves up, or be given up by the biggest RATS?

Not to mention policy issues being negotiated, like DACA.

Yep - people should try and keep their eye on the prize. The coalition of losers, freaks & weirdos - women, race, religion, nationality and economic - fervently want to smash 'white privilege' into the smug faces of normal Americans. They don't care about constitutional provisions, and nor should we.

The entire point is to win.
