I call BS. The committee memo was hand carried to the WH Monday, immediately after the committee vote. If the WH returns that memo to the committee, with a "no objection to public disclosure" cover letter, Schiff's assertion is moot, if not false.
All Schiff gets out of this stunt is that return with cover letter.

As POTUS, Trump absolutely has the power to declassify and release ANYTHING. Schiff on the other hand is a puny worm in the LOSER minority party, he has no real power and he knows it.
