I'd say probably yes if the 3 garbagemen had left the truck. But, they didn't. How can you pay and motivate people (at least non-suicidal ones) to sit in the truck until the train hits it?

Someone pointed out that these trucks have GPS kill switches. Those guys didn't have to be involved.

Perhaps there was no persuasion involved. It might have happened and ended as many believe the Las Vegas shooting incident ended. The supposed criminal/truck driver, was ALREADY DEAD when the incident occurred.

The body was planted, viola! suspect down. And those who ran from the truck? (believe it was read they did) Who were they?
