My prediction is that the Democrats will have plants in the audience to disrupt the SOTU address. Then the media will replay the video clips endlessly to try to give the impression that that is the way the majority of American feels about President Trump. Also they will do it to try to throw the President off.
Get ‘em OUT, and confiscate their coats!

Article II, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution, ratified in 1787-88:
“He shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient.”
The framers didn’t have TV. In any event there’s no requirement he give it personally to the zoo so they can act out like grade schoolers.
If the DemocRats can’t control themselves, I think he should give it live from the Oval office for the next seven years.
Wheel a 19” tube TV into the House in the morning and tweet-invite the Rats to watch it there.
