My understanding is that the committee votes on it, and the President has the final authority on whether to release it.
I might be wrong, but that’s my understanding.
So those gutless wonders in the House tossed the responsibility for releasing the House’s product into the POTUS’s lap?!
Thats exactly right, he has 5 days to decide... not that he has to use them, sounded like he already decided... my prediction a week ago, in a Q discussion thread was that he opened the SOTU by reading the memo... still hoping it comes true.
