I think (and I might be completely wrong on this), that the President has 5 days to deny the release...or the release will go ahead.

If the House Permanent Select Intel Committee were to receive approval for release from the WH, the release could happen tomorrow...or even tonight.

Committee decides to release, President reviews and gets to object. If President objects, the full House can vote to overrule the President.

The President can pre-emptively waive that privilege.

As of now, if I’m correct, the memo has been officially declassified.

Boiled down, the hard part is over. Unless the President catches insanity, its coming out. It could be as soon as tonight.

Thing is, why not wait one more day, right? Give his address and then get on a plane and sell it. The memo comes out, and people start going nuts.
