In all honesty, Gowdy confuses the hell out me.
He’s playing the nitty picky part of a DA. Any part can be varied as he needs to convict or release his client. Now he is trying to appear non-bias so he can be appointed to a federal position that needs approval from Senate. No mystery! Just playing THE role
