The school libs will give them a diploma no matter whether they are proficient or not—that’s a fact!! They are doing it now, so why would they change.
Classes in Mexifornia are taught in Spanish. A high school exit exam had to be instituted because kids were “graduating” without being able to read or write or do math at a 6th grade level. So we can’t trust education liberals to assimilate these illegals or to judge if they are proficient in english.
