The memo is a product of the house. Why is that so difficult to understand. Trump is not king, although there are many around here who would love it to be so.

The memo most likely isn't a product of just the House.

If the memo contains classified executive branch information received in an executive session by the HPSCI, then the president should have final say over the release of any of that information.

Unfortunately the HPSCI rules take that decision away from the Chief Executive. I believe that's unconstitutional.

No Trump isn't king, but he is Chief Executive.

No, you are guessing. Let me clarify it for you. The house was written by the Intelligence committee for the committee.

The memo has nothing to do with the executive. There are two ways it becomes public. The first is that the committee releases it and the President approves. Ot, the entire house votes.

There is nothing the President can do.

Do a minor amount of research.
