The lawyer/advocate and his sister are the ones giving a sob story about the school run. You’ll forgive me if I don’t accept their version at face value. He also had a police record. The lawyer is trying the case in the press as usual. I don’t see where anything occurred on school property. Moreover, the police and/or ICE can’t read minds to determine a driver’s planned next stop.
