He should have appointed a special counsel independent of the DOJ months ago to investigate wrongdoing in the DOJ/FBI/IC.
Now of course they have had months to dispose of evidence and coordinate their defense and lawyer up people like Strzok and Page with party lawyers to keep them from turning government evidence.
Once Sessions decided he had to recuse himself (an incorrect conclusion, in my view) he should have had the honor to resign so as not to saddle the president with a recused AG.
All the circumstantial evidence points to Sessions being part of the attempted ‘palace coup’....after being appointed he immediately rolls over and lets the attack dogs go after his boss.
Yup. Or at least don't leave the DOJ, on all Clinton matters, in the hands of Rod RosenSwamp.
