But remember, multiregional evolution (which is obviously what happened) does not rule out a founder population in Africa, one of the few places where humans could have survived the Toba event - and it does not mean that present-day Bantu peoples are the direct ancestors of the Han, the Dravidians, the Aryans or the Europeans.

Agreed. But I’m not ready to rule out a Kalahari-Bushman-like people as the common ancestors to all the groups you mention.
