Those words, cuck and cuckservative have been banging around Twitter for a couple years. I remember it being used as a way to disparage conservatives who strayed from authentic conservatives values, although I was never quite sure. I found the term distasteful.
Here is a definition: Cuckservative, cuck: The term “cuckservative” originated in the alt-right. It’s a portmanteau of “conservative” and “cuckold” used to describe Republicans who are perceived to be emasculated or “selling out.” Frequently shortened to “cuck,” the term has come under scrutiny for its racist implications.
It describes much of the GOP in congress.
Ah, I gotcha. I have never heard of cuckservative before the CNN article. I had no idea that stuff had been thrown around as an insult, but I do tend to avoid harsher political stuff.
It does seem like the reason for the CNN article is to promote livestyle choices that would devalue marriage and families and found it weird it would tie it to our side’s political alignment. I suppose they could have done a better job explaining where the insult came from.
We in Kekistan have been at war with Cuckistan for some time.
