There’s a lot more to that 10 and 12 years than you posted....they can’t simply sign up without meeting tough requirements.....
But the big question I have is why citizenship? Why offer anything beyond permanent resident alien status?
It’s a travesty.
Those who desire citizenship are free to leave and apply for it like everybody else. Anyone who votes to give citizenship to resident illegal aliens is a damn traitor.
