No one would meet the standard for treason. This is sedition at a minimum though, and probably a few other laws. It probably meets the standard for RICO, which means heave prison time and.....asset forfeiture if any ill-gotten gains can be proven as part of the conspiracy.
A treason charge would be hard to sustain in that the Constitution narrowly defines treason as levying war against the United States or adhering to their enemies by giving them and and comfort. The Framers — who were former revolutionaries after all — were acutely aware of the abuses under English law from a loose definition of treason.
