Of course they do, Qatar is a prime mover in the Qatari Nat Gas pipeline through Syria and Turkey to Western Europe.
They still hold out hope they can get that done through Terrorist action.

Also, they are in so deep already, it is hard to get out. They have invested so much, for so long in a Muslim Brotherhood takeover, that it is almost the only foreign leverage they have on the ground in the region.
Burning their Muslim Brotherhood surrogates would mean tossing away their huge sunk investment in cultivating that network as their foreign legion.
Also, Qatar has to worry that the Saudis will do more than just embargo them - the Saudis could cross the border and assault their palace in hours, if the USA steps aside. Qatar is now hosting a new Turkish military unit as a deterrent.
