Probably the same reason Apple isn’t building in Detroit. Lack of infrastructure, right?

But aren’t there wealthy Nigerians who will invest? I get emails from Nigeria all the time, in which they offer to share millions of dollars with me. Certainly these Nigerians would welcome investment and out their money there.

Doesn’t Toyota and VW build in Nigeria? If not why not? If we are to become one world should we not all have foreign investments in our countries? Hmmmmmm Haiti comes to mind, but that should be cleared up with Conan shortly, no?

"Probably the same reason Apple isnt building in Detroit. Lack of infrastructure, right?"Report: Nearly Half Of Detroiters Cant Read
"DETROIT (WWJ) According to a new report, 47 percent of Detroiters are functionally illiterate. The alarming new statistics were released by the Detroit Regional Workforce Fund on Wednesday."
This in a modern country where you are required by law to attend school until you are at least 16 years old.
