The 'Memo' is the 'Climate Change' of conspiracies. There is always some faith in who is giving you the facts. Half the folks in the country will not believe it, as a memo.

The underlying facts will have to be released in a clear and succinct fashion in order to convince even a portion of predisposed folks to accept it.

And all the while, the longer the delay, the more worthless the 'Memo' becomes - ugh, is Sessions beginning to feel even a little pressure to do his job? Now!
