There seems to be some sniping going on over at Twitter between people like Bongino, Sundance, NavyJack etc. Wish they would stop it.
I'll bet the folks tasked with the debugging could tell quite a story, preferably in public and under oath.
Well, if you take a longer view, there is no rush to release the Memo or the supporting documentation. Sundance has done a very good job of addressing most of the issues with FISA.
1. There are numerous ways to get information from the SECRET SURVEILLANCE DATABASE WITHOUT getting a FISA warent and virtually Anyone in the Fed. G'ment can ask for this info.
2. Mid-term elections are coming - There are a number of RINOs that need to be replaced and there are a number of Democrat senators that will be replaced
Well, I think we have too much G'ment. And I do not think trading freedom for "some so called Security" will get you anything other than the surveillance state that we currently have - Google, Facebook, Twitter, Cameras, sound and location info from your phone device. Soon only the very TECH. savvy will be in charge

Actually the odds are in favor of the rats in 2020. 33 seats are up and 21 are republican. They defend 12 and we defend 21. They could have a big money advantage and by then may have more illegals ready to vote in red and purple states. Right at the top of my head would be Tillis in N. Carolina. Might be a tough seat to hold unless Trumps coat tails save the day?

I get Sundance’s posts via email so I don’t miss any of them. He’s got the best posts/timelines out there, as far as I’ve found, so I know where you’re coming from with your comments.
The reason I think memo release before the SOTU is that the Dems are going to milk it for all they’re worth if the government is still in shutdown mode & since they’re not “winning” short term & stampeding the Repubs into giving in like they’ve done in the past, I think they’ll shoot for running the shutdown through Jan. 30 (SOTU). IF the memo is released before, from what everyone who has seen it is saying, the Dems will be back on their heels but good, the media ‘muh Russia’ memes will be blown to bits & Trump will definitely have the upper hand.
He'd need a majority of the Senate to go along with whatever rule change or rule interpretation had that effect. Given that budget and reconcilliation are done without filibuster, I see no reason that a CR couldn't be deemed to be in the same sort of bucket. Clean CR, no cloture, max xx hours of debate and vote.
The GOP must believe this shutdown benefits them politically.

Funny you mansion that. The Tottenham/Southampton game had a bit of a surprise earlier today. At about the 80's minute Southampton subbed in an Irish 17 year old - and he was Black - so yes it is possible that O'bama was black Irish
The memo is reported to be Nunes', or the product of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. I gather it to be a summary of findings, a sort of "redacted" paraphrase of base evidence. No DEM was involved in producing it. Those DEMs that speak of it claim it is misleading.
