As if Congress didn’t do enough damage when they gave Vaccine Manufacturers immunity and placed the burden on the taxpayers. I believe this bill is a start to pushing for mandatory vaccines. When searching through the VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System) database for SERIOUS adverse events including death for the year 2016, just for children under 2 there are 108 reports. 44 of them are DEATHS.
