The staffer should be fired. Is he/she located in DC or in the local office? I can assure you that Bilirakis is aware of the report. I followed up a call to the DC office. The staffer there was aware of the memo but it is not on Gus' schedule to read it. Doesn't know if the room will be available in the shutdown... The shutdown is an orchestration.
