Amen. The chief executive has the constitutional authority to do both! If they don’t fund it, shut it down! The chief executive can decide which functions are non-essential and shutter the doors. And hhe has the authority to declassify and publish the FISA report. Just do it.

I think the storm it would cause would be a good thing and I have confidence that Pres. Trump could navigate it like a seasoned skipper. The time has come to break the opposition IMO.
That said, Trump has his own timing and it seems to be pretty good.
