RR is Rod Rosenstein, deputy Sec. in the Justice Dept., who is in charge because of Sessions’ recusal.
He is pleading to Ryan not to release to the public the full report on the FBI colluding with the Clinton campaign and who tapped communications of the Trump campaign.
