People who use marijuana are significantly more likely to feel that others wish them harm or are deceiving them

Which could mean that feeling that others wish them harm or are deceiving them causes them to use marijuana.

I never felt the paranoia unless they mean the thought that I was going to STARVE TO DEATH. Dry mouth and the munchies were the worst. Only beer could cure the cotton mouth.

My experience with marijuana was that whenever I smoked it, police cars always followed me. Even the the ones with no markings. No matter where I drove, there was always a cop behind me.

Apparently they knew when I stopped, because it doesn’t happen any more.
