I've not seen it at all, nor have my friends at Citi, PWC, Fidelity, or Chase.

My company may be high on ethics, but I doubt it. It is speculation on my part, but I suspect you're experiencing poor performers who are being replaced by higher performers, but again, that is speculation on my part, as is your speculation.

Screw you low performers .... Citi PWC Fidelity or Chase are NOT high tech companies. I have just come out of retirement for the 6th time to fix design problems made by H1Bs. This time for Samsung.
