If you will recall, when the ACLJ filed a FIOA lawsuit against the DOJ over the infamous Clinton-Lynch tarmac meeting, the DOJ failed to turn over AT LEAST one key document. That document showed that within minutes of top officials in the AGs office getting media inquiries about then-Attorney General Lynchs surreptitious meeting with former President Clinton (in the final days of the DOJ/FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton), the DOJ alerted the FBI to the growing scandal.
Rest assured, we will continue fighting the deep state DOJ in court over its constant stream of excuses. We will also continue fighting to ensure that the numerous pages of redactions are brought to the public light.
The American people deserve more than grade school excuses. They deserve the truth unredacted. They deserve to know what exactly happened on that tarmac between President Clinton and AG Lynch, and they deserve to know what the DOJ and FBI knew and what they did about it. Our next filing in this case is in just a matter of weeks, and well keep you informed.
In a big court win for JW & @DailyCaller News Foundation, a U.S. District Judge ruled the FBI must turn over former FBI Director Comeys memos allegedly detailing convos he had with President Trump (which Comey leaked to the press) for the court to review.https://t.co/a2a2IYh6ug— Judicial Watch 🔎 (@JudicialWatch) January 17, 2018
