If the rest of the state doesn’t have to pay for New California, this may be the ticket.
New California doesn’t have any water rights, I will point out. Where they get their water is going to be the gating issue.
If they could get out from under the thumb of the liberal urban enviroweenies, they could do what Israel did and embark on a program to build desalination plants all up and down the coast...:)
